Rooms are extremely clean. Good modern furniture and linen. Excellent coffee. Good location.
Staff does not speak in English. No internet. Noisy shower boiler. Several times there was no hot water. No water to drink in rooms. No English TV-channels. Poor breakfast (just a croissant and a cup of coffee).

Walking distance to metro and Vatican City, clean, friendly staff, big bed, free map
Small room (a little space around the bed), extremely small bathroom (2x1 meters), old funiture, no air conditioning, croissant and coffee for breakfast. It only has a few rooms, on the second floor of an apartment building.
